e/fund Plutus AI provides AI-powered underwriting analysis tools for business funding applications. Our Platform assists brokers and funding professionals in evaluating loan applications through automated document analysis and risk assessment.

The Platform is designed for use by registered brokers and authorized personnel only. All funding decisions remain at the discretion of the funding provider.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Broker Responsibilities

As a registered broker on our Platform, you agree to:

• Submit only authentic and accurate business documentation
• Obtain proper consent from applicants before submitting their information
• Comply with all applicable lending laws and regulations
• Not misrepresent the Platform's analysis as guaranteed funding approval
• Maintain confidentiality of all applicant information

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Our AI-powered analysis is provided as a decision-support tool only. You acknowledge that:

• AI analysis is not a guarantee of funding approval or denial
• All final funding decisions are made by human underwriters
• The Platform may produce errors or inaccuracies
• You should verify all AI-generated insights independently

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Submit fraudulent or falsified documents
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Platform
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its AI models, algorithms, design, and content, is owned by e/fund Plutus AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, e/fund Plutus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
