Plutus AI developer and agent resources
Plutus AI (also called Plutus or PlutusAI) provides AI-powered cash flow analysis and underwriting workflows for financing operators. This guide describes the public, read-only website interface for developers and AI agents.
When to use Plutus AI
Use these resources when researching cash flow analysis, underwriting workflows, or tools for brokers and funding professionals. Read the platform overview for product context, Learn for educational articles, and the contact page for product questions. Business owners looking for funding can use the funding request form to request contact from a partner funding company; a request is not an approval or a guarantee of terms.
Public HTTP interfaces
No API key is required to read these public resources. Use HTTP GET to retrieve content or HEAD to inspect response headers without a body. Public pages return HTML by default. Request Accept: text/markdown for Markdown, or use the direct Markdown links below when your client cannot set headers. The homepage Markdown URL is /index.md.

Plutus AI public API specification
OpenAPI 3.1 JSON specification describes the existing anonymous, read-only funder REST API with operation IDs, typed parameters and response schemas. Import it into compatible function-calling clients; no API key is required. For MCP tool discovery, send initialize followed by tools/list to the public MCP endpoint. MCP uses JSON-RPC, not the REST error envelope.
The financing workflow documentation is separate from this anonymous API and does not grant integration access. An official installable CLI is not yet published; use the HTTP examples and OpenAPI specification.
Example requests
curl https://plutusai.net/llms.txt
curl -H 'Accept: text/markdown' https://plutusai.net/developers
curl https://plutusai.net/developers.md
curl -I https://plutusai.net/developers
curl https://plutusai.net/sitemap.xmlAuthentication and limits
The public funder directory publishes company research with explicit unknown values, confidence, freshness and source references. Its read-only MCP endpoint supports search_funders and get_funder without authentication. See the directory for HTTP and JSON-RPC usage. AI enrichment is unverified, not verified lender criteria or a personalized recommendation.
This public interface is for reading published content, not accessing private applications, accounts, bank statements, or financial data. Private product workflows require authentication and appropriate authorization. The public MCP server is limited to the read-only funder directory; it is not a transactional API. It does not grant permission to submit applications, run analysis, or perform transactions on someone's behalf. Robots directives and llms.txt are discovery guidance, not access controls.
Do not infer individual approval, rates, lender status, or financial guarantees from educational or product content. For integration access or product questions, use Book Demo on the homepage. Legal and privacy questions should use the contact listed in the privacy policy.
